 (DHS) has selected a team headed by LongView-FedConsulting to provide program management and administrative services to meet the needs of DHS.

A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Joint Venture, LongView-FedConsulting, was selected as a prime contractor in a competitive procurement set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. DHS PACTS is a DHS department-wide Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ ID/IQ Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity

) contract for Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services, with a ceiling of $1.5 Billion over all twenty-seven (27) PACTS contractors. The services provided under PACTS will support DHS on a worldwide basis. LongView-FedConsulting won two awards, which included Functional Categories 1 and 2, Program Management and Administrative Services. LongView-FedConsulting will compete for task orders issued under Functional Categories 1 and 2 with the other PACTS awardees.

The LongView-FedConsulting Joint Venture is comprised of two firms. The Managing Venturer is Maryland-based Longview International Technology Solutions, Inc. (LongView). LongView is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that focuses on enterprise solutions, including IT governance, network operations/help desk, software lifecycle development, training and e-Learning, information assurance/cyber security, program and project management, administrative support services and intelligence community support. It is an eligible-cleared facility, holds a GSA (1) (Global mobile Suppliers Association, Sawbridgeworth, U.K., A membership organization of suppliers of GSM products and services. Its goal is to promote GSM as the worldwide mobile communications standard. See GSM Association and GSM.  IT Schedule 70 with 87 labor categories, and has a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility An accredited area, room, group of rooms, or installation where sensitive compartmented information (SCI) may be stored, used, discussed, and/or electronically processed. Sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) procedural and physical measures prevent the free access of  (SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) A Department of Defense (DOD) term for a secure room or datacenter that foils electronic surveillance and suppresses data leakage. ) that is used to support its Intelligence Community partners and customers. In addition to DHS, LongView currently supports the DoD Military Health System, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense, U.S. Air Force, and Defense Contract Management Agency.

Fed-Consulting, Inc. is a woman-owned small business. Founded in 1991 and based in Virginia, Fed-Consulting provides program management support, records management, adjudication support, disclosure and FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) A U.S. government rule that states that public information shall be delivered within 10 days of request.  services, and administrative support services to both commercial and federal customers.
