Logotec Mobile@Connector(TM) is the winner of the Microsoft Mobile Solutions Challenge award in the Pocket PC category for Development Tools.

Recognizing the innovative mobile software development tool, the award culminates the successful launch of the first "Mass Market" development product for mobile and wireless custom enterprise database applications.

Building on the success of the Logotec Mobile@Connector Standard version, which was released in January 2002, Logotec Engineering Group has announced today the release in North America of the Mobile@Connector Professional Version(TM) application. The Professional version focuses on the professional developer community with a full repertoire of customization and programming extensions.

Mobile@Connector is a compelling application for wireless carriers looking to expand their enterprise data traffic. With Mobile@Connector, users can quickly create mobile applications to access their own enterprise databases. The WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) development system allows users to create and deploy mobile database applications in as little as 30 minutes without the need for program coding.

Mobile@Connector supports Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Powered Pocket PC(R) devices, including Microsoft(R) Pocket PC 2002 Phone Edition Software. The applications developed with Mobile@Connector also work with Microsoft(R) Internet Explorer(R) for desktop and laptop users in either online or offline mode.
