LDS' professional service consultants have already received Netscape BillerXpert certification and training through Netscape's Solution Expert Program.

Netscape BillerXpert is designed to enable companies to enhance the billing process, strengthen customer relationships and create new revenue streams. Netscape BillerXpert allows companies to use the billing process to improve customer interactions by offering new self-service features, such as convenient one-click payment, in-depth statement analysis, customized views of billing information and personalized content.
