Logica, the IT services company, and CrossKeys Systems Corporation, have signed a teaming and co-marketing agreement to bring their combined value to the worldwide telecommunications market.

By co-marketing CrossKeys products and services, Logica integrates CrossKeys software into its turn-key offering of products and services for telecom providers. Specifically, Logica will include CrossKeys Resolve(r) software as part of an overall solution to address customer demand for performance management of carrier-scale networks and services. This provides Logica customers with the means to define and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and analyze network performance.

Logica recorded revenue of 473 million pounds sterling in its latest fiscal year and its customers include: AT&T, BT, Finnet, Cellnet and Telecom Italia Telecom Italia is formerly a partially state-owned Italian telco. It was once known as SIP, and it has the largest user base in Italy.

Telecom Italia also owns shares in Telecom Argentina and Telecom Personal, fixed and cellular networks in Argentina.
. The agreement with Logica also includes CrossKeys current and new multi-vendor network management applications, as required by customers. CrossKeys is building from its existing strength in multi-vendor management to break down the barriers among a wider range of telecommunications equipment in networks. Logica and CrossKeys are now targeting prospective service provider accounts for their range of joint solution offerings.
