Rodrigo Piza, the general manager of Locomotion since January 1999, told Video Age that the gallery is a place "for people to express their art and share their enthusiasm for animation. So far, Locomotion.com has received 80 gallery submissions. Piza also foresees interactive chars beetween TV/web-show creators and website visitors. He said animation fans tend to be very interested in getting all the background information of a show. Mexican cult comic-strip character; Teevey, a character who inhabits a
