Lockheed Martin has completed its acquisition of Stasys.


Lockheed Martin has completed its acquisition of Stasys, a UK-based technology and consulting firm that specialises in network communications and defence interoperability. The agreement, the terms of which were not disclosed, will see the new Lockheed Martin Stasys being managed by Lockheed's Integrated Systems & Solutions sector.
