These task orders have been awarded under the Specialized Security Training Contract (SST SST: see airplane. ), an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract held by the Transportation Security Administration. The scope of the SST contract includes training, management and technology services to support TSA TSA See tax-sheltered annuity (TSA). and other departments within DHS DHS Department of Homeland Security (USA) DHS Department of Human Services DHS Department of Health Services DHS Demographic and Health Surveys DHS Dirhams (Morocco national currency) as well as other federal agencies such as the Department of Defense. At initial award, Lockheed Martin was tasked with providing the full range of support for a number of training programs, including combination screener training and baggage training as well as providing Customer Service Support Center (CSSC CSSC China State Shipbuilding Corporation CSSC Civil Service Sports Council (UK) CSSC Center for the Study of Southern Culture CSSC Certified Structured Settlement Consultant CSSC Canadian Strategic Software Consortium ) services. Through the CSSC, Lockheed Martin provides customer service support to TSA and DHS customers, including planning, scheduling, logistics, deployment and travel coordination for trainers and students, and data management to maintain and update all relevant data records such as attendance, scores, and re-certification requirements.
