Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) is a leading multinational aerospace manufacturer and advanced technology company formed in 1995 by the merger of Lockheed Corporation with Martin Marietta.
 Corp., Lockheed Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas, 18th-largest city in the United States[1], and voted one of "America’s Most Livable Communities.  is being awarded a $12,715,890,000 (estimated) indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide for the Falcon 2020 program. This program includes engineering services and technical support, foreign military sales That portion of United States security assistance authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and the Arms Export Control Act of 1976, as amended. This assistance differs from the Military Assistance Program and the International Military Education and Training Program  directed repair and return, contractor support, acquisition development and integration, and supplies in support of the F-16 weapon system for a 23-year period.
