Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) is a leading multinational aerospace manufacturer and advanced technology company formed in 1995 by the merger of Lockheed Corporation with Martin Marietta.
 Corp., Information Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $20,691,896 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-00-C-0289) to exercise an option for the Fiscal Year 2004 production requirement for six Reconfigurable Transportable (RT) Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS CASS Cardiology, cardiovascular surgery A randomized, open label, multicenter trial that compared the outcomes of CABG vs. medical therapy on M&M in Pts with coronary artery disease after an MI. See Angina, CABG, Silent ischemia. ) for the U.S. Navy. CASS Is the Department of Defense's standard automated test equipment system. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is to be completed by September 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command The Naval Air Systems Command, or NAVAIR, is the part of the United States Navy which provides materiel support for naval aircraft and airborne weapon systems, such as guided missiles. NAVAIR was established in 1966 as the successor to the Navy's Bureau of Naval Weapons (BuWeps). , Patuxent River The Patuxent River is a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay in the state of Maryland.
