Lockheed's Rhatigan named Navy Tester of the Year.


The U.S. Navy and NDIA have presented the Contractor Tester of the Year Award to Brendan Rhatigan, a lead system engineer for Lockheed Martin Systems Integration at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Md. Rhatigan, who works on the MH-60R helicopter weapons system, was chosen for his "outstanding achievement and excellence" in the field of test and evaluation.
