Local Professionals Honored With PRSA Spotlight Awards.PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 21, 1999-- The Portland Metro Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), based in New York City, is the world's largest organization for public relations professionals.
