"The timing for this name change could not be better since our organization is announcing a new mission statement and updated Web site," said CLPI President Elizabeth M. Heagy. "These changes and improvements are all geared toward making CLPI a significant resource for the sector, and as a result, increasing the number of nonprofits engaged in public policy."
