Loan Protector Adds Policy Scheduling to EasyTrack(SM); New Feature Offers More Detailed Property Information.

The policy scheduling feature affects mainly commercial policies. EasyTrack can now store individual insurance limits, deductibles and policy characteristics at the collateral level for multiple property policies that contain scheduled coverages in relation to an individual property. For instance, detailed coverage information on a community center would be included with the information on the apartment buildings in one policy.

"This level of detail allows servicers to have specific information on the different properties that are covered under one policy," said Ron Wiser, president of Loan Protector. "Servicers can now have more insight to what the policy actually covers."

The new feature also allows EasyTrack to 1) store different lines of coverage specific to a collateral under the same policy; 2) add or cancel coverage to a specific collateral without affecting the policy's "in-force" status; 3) display the insured location on bills to better define which location a bill is paying for; and 4) store loss payment endorsement, loss payee Loss payee

"Our goal at Loan Protector is to ensure we provide our customers with the latest technology for them to work more efficiently," Wiser said. "That is one of the reasons why we release six to seven enhancements to EasyTrack a year."

"By better reflecting the actual structure of these complex insurance policies we provide our clients the opportunity to more accurately and efficiently handle tasks that were extremely difficult in current environments," Wiser said. "We are constantly looking for Looking for
