Livestock Marketing Association. (Association People).


Billy Perrin, owner of the Southern Oklahoma Livestock Auction in Ada, Okla., is the Livestock Marketing Association's 2002-2003 president. A past chairman of the Oklahoma Beef Industry Council, Perrin is also a former board member of the U.S. Meat Export Federation, and is a director of the Oklahoma Farmers Union.
