Litton Expects Revenues of More Than $30 Million From U.S. Army IT Contract.

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 1998--The U.S. Army Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) has awarded Litton's PRC subsidiary an indefinite-quantity/indefinite-delivery (IQ/ID) contract for a complete array of technical-support services.

The Umbrella-Information Technology Total Solutions contract (U-ITTS) is a multiple-award with a 5-year base effort, providing the Army MTMC a very broad scope of information-technology support. The contract is expected to bring Litton more than $30 million in revenues.

The tasks required under the U-ITTS contract include software- systems design, analysis, development, testing, maintenance and installation; document imaging and conversion; configuration/risk management, process re-engineering and modeling, economic/feasibility analysis, system documentation and training; project-management support; telecommunications, information security; and Year-2000 computer-software issues.

Litton will receive strong support from its major subcontractors, which include Aeronautical Radio Inc. (ARINC), EER, Statistica, RIS, Q Systems and DySIS.
