Converted to an airbase in the early 1900s and renamed in 1924, it is the headquarters of the Strategic Command, the successor to , Omaha, Neb. The contract calls for Litton PRC to provide exercise and crisis operations support, systems security, technical support including systems administration, applications and database support, and help-desk operations.
