Litton Awarded $21.8 Million USSTRATCOM Contract From U.S. Air Force; Award Extends Litton PRC's 30-Year Legacy of Outstanding HQ STRATCOM Support.

:LIT), today announced that it had been awarded a $21.8 million, five-year contract to support U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM USSTRATCOM United States Strategic Command ) Headquarters at Offutt Air Force Base Offutt Air Force Base, U.S. military installation, 1,907 acres (772 hectares), E Neb., S of Omaha; est. 1896 as Fort Crook, an army base. Converted to an airbase in the early 1900s and renamed in 1924, it is the headquarters of the Strategic Command, the successor to , Omaha, Neb.

The contract calls for Litton PRC to provide exercise and crisis operations support, systems security, technical support including systems administration, applications and database support, and help-desk operations.

This contract win adds to Litton PRC's string of IT outsourcing contract successes, including the recent win of the U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM STRICOM Simulation Training and Instrumentation Command
