Little gym in Brooklyn.


Two Trees Management Co. announced that The Little Gym, a children's fitness and motor skill development center, opened on the ground floor of 125 Court Street, a mixed-use development Mixed-use development refers to the practice of allowing more than one type of use in a building or set of buildings. In planning zone terms, this can mean some combination of residential, commercial, industrial, office, institutional, or other land uses.  with 320 residential apartments, 20,000 s/f of retail space and 540 below-grade parking spaces.

The building, owned by Two Trees, is located between the downtown shopping and office districts and the residential areas of Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill Boerum Hill is a small neighborhood in the northwestern portion of the New York City borough of Brooklyn that occupies 36 blocks bounded by State Street to the north, 4th Avenue to the east, Court Street to the west, and Warren Street to the south. .
