 solutions, recently announced the completion of its acquisition of Pulsar Data Systems, a network integration solutions company for commercial and government organizations.

Pulsar has specific expertise in enterprise network consulting, network management and remote computing for networking systems. Since November 1997, Pulsar's primary focus was systems integration and specifically on the design implementation and management of networking systems with an emphasis on data security.
