Lista Will Acquire Assets of Arbell, Inc.

HOLLISTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 2002

Lista U.S. Holding, the parent company of Lista International Corporation, a global leader in storage and workspace systems, has agreed to purchase the assets of Arbell Inc., a Canadian-based company serving the electronics assembly and repair industry, effective November 1, 2002. The company will now be known as Arbell International Corporation.

Arbell's Arlink(R) Division workstation line designs and produces ergonomic modular workstations, technical furniture and material handling systems. The Arbell Distributor Products Division is a leading Canadian national distributor and manufacturer's representative for equipment, supplies and materials used in the manufacture, assembly and repair of circuit boards and related equipment.
