LiquidSeats, the industry's leading ticketing service provider (TSP), has announced the formation of an all-star Advisory Board for 2001.

The group, charged with providing input into the strategic direction of LiquidSeats, includes sports and music figureheads such as Steve Young, retired San Francisco 49er star and Scott Welch, manager for Alanis Morrissette and a partner in Mosaic Media group which collectively manages Green Day, Goo Goo Dolls and Savage Garden. The team has been rounded out with a collection of veteran executives who contribute highly successful track records in music, entertainment, education, technology infrastructure and online commerce.

Joining Young and Welch on the Advisory Board are:

-- Scott Barnum, former vice president - General Manager International for eBay
Inc. Scott's expertise in consumer-to-consumer transactions and consumer
experience considerations are relevant for the LiquidSeats business model.

-- Steve Leber, former manager of Aerosmith and AC/DC, as well as other major
artists. Leveraging his experience and relationships in the music industry,
Steve will offer guidance as LiquidSeats partners with artists, promoters and
venues.

-- Charles Katz, president, CEO and founder of Sigma Storage Inc. Sigma Storage
is involved in distributed memory devices. Katz previously founded two Internet
companies, both of which were acquired by publicly traded companies. Charles'
experience in building companies will offer valuable insight to the LiquidSeats
team.

-- Haim Mendelson, the Theodore J. Kreps Professor of Information Systems and
Management and co-director of the Center for Electronic Business and Commerce
at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Professor Mendelson's
expertise in the area of e-commerce is relevant to LiquidSeats' commerce
platform.
