Lipman's NURIT 292 secure PIN Pad certified by the Interac Association of Canada.

Lipman Canada today announced that in a certificate dated December 10, 2003, it has received certification for the NURIT 292 S PIN Pad from an Interac Association accredited Device Certification Agent (DCA).

"This is especially significant to Lipman Canada and we couldn't be more pleased as this is the first of several newer SPED devices slated to certify in the next few months," stated Robert Clark, Director, Lipman Canada. "As of January 1st, 2004 most IDP members are transitioning away from non-DCA certified Pin Entry Devices (PED) by only entering into new business with manufacturers that can produce these more secure types of products.
