Proposals have been received from two consulting groups for FDA regulatory to assist in implementing an efficacy study of 1,000 patients. The results of the study are expected to be published in prominent medical journals. The data collected from the study will be used for new applications to the FDA which will provide for the use of the system in its capabilities of differentiating eight different types of heart disease (the Stanford University study has already shown an 83% to 94% accuracy for this differential diagnosis capability) and a new model for early heart attack. The sales projections provided by IHDI for the next four years should be in excess of $75 million.

Lionshead has completed a major restructuring and will shortly be announcing the members of the Board of Directors and appointment of the new executive officers.
