In addition to being awarded four gold medals, Lion Gri received honors from festival judges for its Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Gri, Chardonnay wines and was further decorated with the festival's Best Presentation Award.

The festival takes places as an event to commemorate the country's National Wine Day and is aimed to promote the standards and prestige of the country's viticulture and wine-making industries as well as to attract foreign tourists to Moldova. More than 6,200 guests, corporate representatives, official delegations, and ambassadors tasted wines from 40 participating wine companies.

In terms of output and history, the Republic of Moldova is one of the more established wine producing nations of the former Soviet Union. In just five full years of operation, Lion-Gri, now ships more than 13 million bottles annually with annual sales reaching well over $10 million and has become one of the largest wine producers in Moldova. Lion Gri is one of the largest exporters of wine to the Russian market. Please note that Napoli Enterprises was a non-operating entity prior to acquiring Lion-Gri and since inception (August 28, 2002) has generated no revenue and as such did not generate gross profits. Furthermore, Napoli Enterprises maintained no assets and liabilities, as well as had no outstanding obligations due to creditors and thus was an ideal merger candidate for the shareholders of Lion-Gri to merge with.

The Company is currently completing the consolidation of Lion-Gri into the Company and expects that combined financial figures representing this consolidation to be completed and announced in November 2003. Based on the most recently produced unaudited financials of Lion Gri, the Company expects that sales will have increased 6% for the nine month period ending 2003 compared with the same period ending 2002. This sales growth is a direct result of increases in exports to Poland and Belorussia, for the comparative period, 160% and 50% respectively. Furthermore, the Company's sales will reflect German exports equal to 160,000 bottles of wine.
