Lion, Ota Sleep Center Elucidate that Tomato Vinegar Helps Improve Sleep Quality.

) - Lion has discovered a unique property of tomato vinegar concerning sleep quality in collaboration with the Ota Sleep Center in Tokyo.

Specifically, the two partners have verified that tomato vinegar helps improve sleep quality. Using a polysomnogram, they have analyzed how the intake of drink added with tomato vinegar affects sleep quality. The results indicated that the number of hours of deep sleep increased when the subjects had tomato vinegar-added drink.

In additional studies, the partners identified two factors in improving sleep quality. GABA GABA ?.
