Award winners to be announced at next week's event in San Francisco

IDG World Expo, the leading producer of world-class tradeshows, conferences and events for technology markets, today announced finalists for the LinuxWorld Product Excellence Awards, to be presented at LinuxWorld Conference & Expo(R) next week. Presented in conjunction with the UniForum Association, the Product Excellence Awards recognize open source product and service innovations by LinuxWorld exhibitors.

LinuxWorld Conference & Expo, the premier event exclusively focused on Linux and Open Source solutions, will take place August 4-7, 2003 at San Francisco's Moscone Center. The Product Excellence Awards will be presented in a ceremony held on the LinuxWorld show floor on Tuesday, August 5 at 4:00 p.m.
