"The popularity of -our high end pre-built suites, which are immediately available in move-in condition, is growing with increased recognition in the marketplace of the advantages they offer. "Tenants and brokers continue to be attracted to The Lincoln Building by its proximity to the extraordinary concentration of public transportation at Grand Central and the many other amenities of the neighborhood," Mr. Sinon adds, "as well as by the ownership's commitment to service and overall quality, as reflected in its recent and continuing enhancement program." Located at 60 East 42nd Street, directly across from Grand Central Terminal, the 55-story Lincoln Building is one of the most prestigious addresses in the Grand Central District.
