A 66,930 s/f lease for Wachovia Bank, N.A. at 8539 Western Way in Jacksonville, Fla.;10,187 s/f for Crawford & Company at 1001 Summit Boulevard in Atlanta; 8,971 s/f for Texson Water, LTD at 5405 Bandera in San Antonio; 5,850 s/f for Fedex Offices & Prints Services, Inc. at 40 Cumberland Avenue in North Attleboro, Mass; 3,000 s/f for Dasmi Music, LLC at 7456 Reindeer Trail in San Antonio; 2,500 s/f for Kenneth Shuler Schools at 4508 St. Andrews Road in Columbia, S.C.; 2,280 s/f for Jenny Craig at 25th Street Shopping Center in Easton, Pa.; 1,792 s/f for Pocket Communications at 2819 NW Loop 410 in San Antonio; 1,591 s/f for State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance Company at 37 Wintonbury Mall in Bloomfield, Conn.; and 1,560 s/f for Stone Plus, Inc. at 5500 Chronicle Court in Jacksonville, Fla.
