Schrade, a resident of Las Vegas Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. It is the largest city in Nevada and the center of one of the fastest-growing urban areas in the United States. , Nevada, have accepted positions on the Company's Board. The Board of Directors has also approved the formation of an Executive Committee charged with evaluating the potential of the licensing arrangement with the Company's principal software-licensing partner and evaluating the potential of other business opportunities.
