Lightnin Expands Line of Mixers.

Lightnin, Rochester, NY, has launched an expanded line of SR Sanitary Right Angle Drive mixers designed to meet the most stringent requirements for cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities.

SR Sanitary Right Angle mixers are commonly used for media suspension and storage, buffer solutions, plasma extraction and fermentation, including bacteria and cell culture and general media processing applications. The mixers also are designed for installations where space and headroom is limited, and where vessel portability is critical to the processing environment.

SR mixers have full clean-in-place, sterilize-in-place (CIP/SIP) features, and can be customized with a variety of impeller and drive configurations to match a wide range of performance and process requirements.
