LightSurf Appoints Industry Veterans Gene Flath, Stan Meresman to Board of Directors.

LightSurf Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of technology, solutions and services for wireless digital media, today announced the expansion of its board of directors with the addition of Gene Flath and Stan Meresman. With a total of more than 50 years of industry experience, Flath and Meresman will be assets in further developing, deploying and managing LightSurf's compelling instant visual communications solutions around the globe.

Instant visual communications, or the ability to create an instantly shared visual image as an extension of instant messaging, is the next step in wireless person-to-person communications.
