Lifescript's advertising and sponsorship revenue increased 38% from 2011 to 2012, and revenue from its top 20 advertiser brands grew 99% during the same period. This marks Lifescript's seventh straightyear of solid, double-digit growth in advertising revenue, and the Company forecasts similar growth for 2013.

The Company credits this continued success to its proprietary digital health platform, which is designed specifically for women, the largest group of online health decision-makers; Lifescript's competitors operate more gender-neutral sites. By providing best-of-breed, original content for every stage of a women's life, Lifescript enjoys one of the most rapidly growing user bases in the health category.
