Life looks sweeter for Cubs fans.

The Cubs have hired Parsippany, New Jersey based bird control company Bell Environmental Services The various combinations of scientific, technical, and advisory activities (including modification processes, i.e., the influence of manmade and natural factors) required to acquire, produce, and supply information on the past, present, and future states of space, atmospheric,  to install its patented and revolutionary "BellStrip[TM]" to stop birds from "dumping" on Cubs fans for their allegiance to the cursed team and making their experience at the game less than enjoyable.

Bell Strip[TM], which was awarded a US Patent in August 2005, is a uniquely designed electric track system that displaces birds by giving them a powerful, yet non-lethal, shock upon landing on the device.

A process of behavior modification in which a subject is encouraged to behave in a desired manner through positive or negative reinforcement, so that the subject comes to associate the pleasure or displeasure of the
 theory using a shock as the stimulus to decrease the likelihood of a particular behavior being repeated.

Wrigley Field is one of many sports stadiums around the world that have contacted Bell Environmental Services to help them permanently solve their bird problems. The 92-year old stadium is the first to implement the new technology.

Other stadiums interested in the Bell Strip[TM] include, Turner Field     [ , Arrowhead Stadium Arrowhead Stadium is a stadium located in Kansas City, Missouri, and home to the National Football League's Kansas City Chiefs and Major League Soccer's Kansas City Wizards. It is part of the city's Truman Sports Complex (together with Kauffman Stadium). , Ravens Stadium, and many international soccer stadiums.

"This means that teams can now charge more for these seats," said Phil Waldorf, president of Bell Environmental Services.

"Our patented Bell Strip[TM] has completely eliminated all dangers to Wrigley Field in the sections where it was installed. While the strip cannot help the team on the field, it Can preserve the aesthetic value of the stadium."
