Library booster.I have found visiting the local city library an excellent goal for a medium-energy day. Most libraries are handicap-friendly, and have lots of places to sit, ramps, restrooms, and air conditioning air conditioning, mechanical process for controlling the humidity, temperature, cleanliness, and circulation of air in buildings and rooms. Indoor air is conditioned and regulated to maintain the temperature-humidity ratio that is most comfortable and healthful. . Lots of the staff are volunteers and very friendly, at least in my library, and will happily strike up a conversation about books or authors, current events, or just about anything.
