LibertyPointe Bank First Brokers Cocktail Reception.

On September 27, 2006, LibertyPointe Bank conducted its First Brokers Cocktail Reception located at its flagship branch in the heart of the Financial District in Lower Manhattan.

Brokers from all over the tri-state area were invited to participate in this grand event. The evening's program opened with Shaya Boymelgreen, Chairman of LibertyPointe Bank, greeting the guests. Shortly after, the floor was opened for the guests to ask Mr. Boymelgreen questions on his perception of the real estate market. Mr. Boymelgreen's vast experience as a prominent real estate developer in high profile projects throughout the world provided interesting insight into the current state of the industry.

Robert Reiner, President and Chief Executive Officer, followed with an outline of Liberty PointeBank's lending program and how the Bank has remarkably closed 80 loans in a mere 10 month period, with a very strong pipeline to follow. Mr. Reiner highlighted the combined expertise of both him and his Chief Lending Officer, Anthony Meo, and encouraged brokers to submit deals for consideration. Mr. Meo then outlined the parameters of various lending programs that LibertyPointe Bank offers and emphasized two main competitive advantages that have strongly contributed to the Bank's success: speed and certainty of execution. Those facts combined with a strong third party team of consultants positions LibertyPointe Bank as the "lender of choice" in the real estate marketplace. The evening concluded with a strong mingling among the attendees and the lending team.
