He will work alongside marketing representative Tony Ewing and marketing assistant, Deborah Simpkins. Together, the team will play a key role in growing Liberty's portfolio in the region with projects like Liberty Walk at East Gate, the company's new office park in Mt. Laurel, as well as managing existing office buildings located in Cambridge Crossing, Horizon Corporate Center, Bishops Gate and Marlton Crossing. Cohen comes to Liberty with experience in both real estate and finance. Most recently he served as assistant director of finance for Toll Brothers in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Prior, he was an associate in the Capital Markets group at Cushman & Wakefield and began his career at Goldman Sachs & Company where he held the position of financial analyst.
