  • Ellen Dolan, American actress
 Media Company this month agreed to sell its nationwide public records business to LexisNexis, a unit of Reed Elsevier Group plc. Closing is expected later this summer. Purchase price and terms were not disclosed.

Dolan Media was advised in the transaction by The van Tulleken Company, media investment bankers Investment Banker
