TXT Textron Corporation (stock symbol) 
 Corp. (Cary, NC), developer of "Time Matters" legal practice management workflow software, "Billing Matters" time and billing software and "Time Matters World Server," a multiplatform web-based product. No terms were given.

The two companies have had a business relationship since January 2001 when LexisNexis became a licensed reseller An organization that sells hardware and software to the general public.
