Through the use of Martindale-Hubbell's eAttorney, the foundation will undertake studies of lawyers who are considering or making lateral job changes.  and career experiences of lawyers. The goal is to provide trend information that will support innovative lawyer recruitment and retention strategies, and provide a basis for sustaining or revising management decisions and practices.

Results from the eAttorney/NALP Foundation surveys will be made available to the public as printed reports, as well as via the martindale.com and NALPFoundation.org Web sites.

The NALP Foundation, which is affiliated with the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports excellence in organizational leadership within the profession and effective management of legal personnel.
