LexisNexis Butterworths to acquire Quicklaw.Quicklaw Inc., Canada's leading online legal information service, and legal publisher LexisNexis Buttersworth Canada are in final negotiations for Quicklaw to be acquired by LexisNexis Buttersworth. Quicklaw was represented by The van Tulleken Company (New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
