No terms were given. The new consolidated company will be headquartered in Kingston and will be headed by Quicklaw chairman/founder Prof. Hugh Lawford. Quicklaw was represented in the deal by The Van Tulleken Company (New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
