LexisNexis Butterworths Canada completes acquisition of Quicklaw.LexisNexis Butterworths Canada (Markham, ON), a unit of LexisNexis (Dayton, OH), has completed the acquisition of Quicklaw (Kingston, ON). No terms were given. The new consolidated company will be headquartered in Kingston and will be headed by Quicklaw chairman/founder Prof. Hugh Lawford. Quicklaw was represented in the deal by The Van Tulleken Company (New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of ).
