The LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Scholarship is part of a three-year, $60,000 grant the company has given Equal Justice Works to support the work the organization does in 47 states nationwide. The scholarships will consist of annual $5,000 cash awards handed out to student winners of the "Exemplary Public Service Awards" recognized each year by Equal Justice Works at its annual awards dinner. The term of the scholarship endowments are for three years, with the first award scheduled to be presented in October 2005.
