Greenberg's appointment is an important component of Geisinger's expansion of the State College area as the third hub of its health care delivery system. As regional medical director, he will be responsible for establishing and expanding clinical programs, facilitating all aspects of patient care delivery and maintaining provider relationships. He also will work with other service lines and referring physicians as they relate to the expanding health care resource in the State College area. Greenberg will also continue as department director for Geisinger Medical Groups in Centre County.
