Levitz loves 44,000 s/f Long Island premises.


The Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has arranged a 44,750 s/f lease renewal on behalf of Levitz Home Furnishings furnishings

In addition to arranging Levitz's lease renewal, Mr. Lomazow is currently handling the marketing of a 250,000 s/f warehouse at 111 Windsor Avenue in Islip, NY on behalf of the furniture retailer.

The facility formerly housed a Seaman's warehouse. The availability is the largest of its kind in the region.
