Levin's new tenant at Galloping Hill.

The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  in Union, N.J., negotiated a 30,800 s/f lease with Super Foodtown supermarket.

Foodtown will become a new anchor tenant for this nearly 68,000 s/f shopping center. Ethan Goldsmith, leasing agent for Levin, negotiated the transaction.

The supermarket plans to open its doors by early 2008, upon completion of an interior renovation of the space. In addition, Levin plans to renovate the store's facade to update the center with a fresh new look.

"The operator is a highly experienced local family with two additional locations in Springfield and Roselle Roselle (rōzĕl`), borough (1990 pop. 20,314), Union co., NE N.J.; set off from Linden 1890 and inc. 1894. Chiefly residential, the borough has some industry. ," said Dale Mulartrick, director of leasing for Levin. "They have a very hands-on approach to running their business." Levin has managed Galloping Hill for more than seven years and has completed a full exterior renovation, including a unique pylon pylon
