Thank you so much for having a page for vegetarian kids and teens!! Most people think it is pretty weird for a kid to be a vegetarian, but I am and it's my choice. Most people say things like, "It's not healthy for kids to be vegetarians because they don't get enough vitamins." Well, you can get vitamins from other stuff, too. P.S. It would be really cool if you did a magazine on vegetarianism vegetarianism, theory and practice of eating only fruits and vegetables, thus excluding animal flesh, fish, or fowl and often butter, eggs, and milk. In a strict vegetarian, or vegan, diet (i.e.  for young adults and kids.

I enjoyed reading the article and recipes about veg seafood dishes. I wanted to mention that real "ocean" flavor can be added by using nori no·ri
