Letters to the Editor.

Dear Mr. Hotel:

I have just read your editorial regarding the First USA Credit Card payment problems you recently went through (February 1999). We have just gone through the same thing a few months ago. The company offered no explanation, only an apology apology [Gr.,=defense], literary work that defends, justifies, or clarifies an author's ideas or point of view. Unlike the ordinary use of the word, the literary use neither implies that wrong has been done nor expresses regret.  for tacking The process whereby an individual who is in Adverse Possession of real property adds his or her period of possession to that of a prior adverse possessor.

I tried without any success to reach someone in the company to make them aware that this process is not working. My husband was finally successful in reaching a knowledgeable rep on the customer service line but not without holding for quite some time. The lady was courteous cour·te·ous

We still have a problem with very late crediting to our account though we send in our payment 10 to 12 days early just to be safe. If I had a name and address for the company itself, I would be directing this correspondence to them as well. We are about to move on to a different credit card company better able to deal with the payment side of the issue, but I was glad to see that we are not the only ones experiencing this problem.

Thanks for sharing "Thanks for Sharing" is an episode from the third season of the American television series Farscape, written by Clayvon C. Harris and directed by Ian Barry. Synopsis
