 Annual contains an atlas and an almanac almanac, originally, a calendar with notations of astronomical and other data. Almanacs have been known in simple form almost since the invention of writing, for they served to record religious feasts, seasonal changes, and the like.  with information on 193 countries (plus a page of charts and graphs that answers, among other questions, which countries drink the most soda).

On the home front, we look at the intense interest the presidential race is generating among young voters, whose turnout has been pretty poor since the passage of the 26th Amendment gave the vote to 18-year-olds in 1971. Of course, it's it's
