AS secretary of the Amputee am·pu·tee
n.
A person who has had one or more limbs removed by amputation.
and Carers Support in Liverpool (ACSIL ACSIL Admiralty Centre for Scientific Information and Liaison (UK) ) I would like to thank the Central Ticketing Firm who issue tickets to the clowns who park in disabled bays illegally.

It is a lot easier to get a disability bay on the retail park in Speke thanks to these people. It's not big and it's not clever to park in these bays if you don't need them.

It is a pity that other major superstores don't havethe guts to follow suit.

Come on managers, look after your disabled customers and start fining these people or better still clampthem.
