Letter: Memories of college days.Byline: RAY WOODALLSir, - I was a student at Saltley Teachers' Training College, (St Peter's) from 1948 to 1950. During my final year the college celebrated its centenary and looked set to carry on its noble tradition for years to come. However, not many years later it closed down and I wonder what has become of it? And why was it closed? Could I also take this opportunity of enquiring after any of the old fellow students? I would appreciate any of them getting in touch. RAY WOODALL 1 Abbott Road, Halesowen, West Midlands West Midlands, former metropolitan county, central England.
