Let's help Afghanistan.

At some point, every country has a need to change, but few as badly as Afghanistan ("Karzai's Quest: the Man & the Plan," 2/11/02). Afghanistan should get the support it needs from other countries. From my reading, Hamid Karzai looks like the right man for the job. Hopefully, we will see some major changes in this country of extreme poverty.
